Rajvin Kaur is a wellness experience curator and facilitator from Borneo, Malaysia. A certified Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, she is known for creating grounded, restorative spaces that support emotional release, nervous system regulation and authentic human connection.
Her work weaves in sound healing, breath, somatic practices, yoga, guided meditation and mindfulness – offering experiences that allow individuals and groups to slow down and reconnect in a way that feels safe, accessible and deeply restorative.
Her experience spans private sessions, group experiences, retreats, corporate wellbeing programmes and wellness communities across Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Hoi An, Vietnam. Her intuitive connection with people and spaces is central to her work; she is naturally attuned to the energy and character of a setting, the needs of its audience and the intention behind the experience.
As a mother of two, her work naturally extends to nurturing the wellbeing of future generations, inspiring others to cultivate greater presence, compassion and conscious connection in everyday life.
I created Rhea Retreats from a deep belief that wellbeing begins with connection – to ourselves, to one another and to the spaces that hold us.
Through my work, I have seen what becomes possible when people are given the space to slow down, soften and feel safe enough to return to themselves. We become more present, more compassionate and better able to meet life from a place of balance rather than depletion.
As a woman and mother of my two angels, this carries a deeper meaning for me. I am especially passionate about creating spaces where women and mothers feel nourished, supported and reminded of the extraordinary creative force they carry. When a woman reconnects with herself, the impact does not end with her; it moves through her relationships, her family, her community and the generations that follow.
At the heart of Rhea Retreats is a simple intention: to create experiences that help us remember who we are and reconnect more meaningfully with one another.
Life, to me, is about the relationships we nurture and the connections we make. We are souls having a human experience, here to remember who we are – not alone, but together.
With love,
Rajvin
